Allotment Open Days
This year our allotment open days were held on Saturday May 11th and Sunday May 12th from 2pm – 4pm
As part of the National Allotment week the Association hold an Open Day each May on all four sites we manage for the Town Council
The sites are located at
Cedar Avenue (behind the Scout Hut)
Coronation Avenue (just past Moss Fields)
Lawton Road (Off Percy James Court)
Talke Road (entrance just past Motorways Shop and opposite The Linley)
Open days are FREE to attend and we will provide you with a Guided tour and help you with any
Gardening Advice needed.
At our Cedar Avenue site we have refreshments and home made cakes available along with our famous PLANT STALL where you can purchase a variety of garden plants and vegetable seedlings at bargain prices.
Why not come along—bring a friend, see the allotments and talk to some plot holders?
There are plots available to rent on most sites, plot sizes can vary to suit plot holders needs.
